Pricing questions
What counts as a staff member?
Anyone who can be booked — stylists, therapists, technicians. Receptionists and managers who don't take appointments are free.
What happens after the trial?
Pick a plan and add a payment method. If you don't, the account pauses; nothing is deleted for 90 days.
Are payment processing fees included?
No. Gateway fees are charged by Razorpay or Cashfree at their standard rates and settled directly to your account.
Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?
Reminders and confirmations are included. Marketing campaigns are billed at Meta's per-conversation rate, shown before you send.
