What is RecallStyle and how does it work?
RecallStyle is salon software with an AI receptionist built in. Customers book online or on WhatsApp; the calendar, staff roster, client records, payments and reminders run in one place; and the AI fills empty slots by bringing regulars back when they're due.
Which salons is it for?
Independent salons with one to five chairs, premium salons with ten to twenty staff, and chains with many branches. Barbers, hair, nails, brows and lashes, skin, spa and massage are all supported.
Does the AI ever book something my calendar wouldn't allow?
No. The AI decides what to ask; the booking engine decides whether it's valid. Durations, breaks, leave, skills and buffers are enforced by the same code your receptionist uses.
How do reminders and no-show protection work?
Every appointment gets a WhatsApp reminder the day before and the morning of, with confirm and reschedule buttons. For bookings that look risky, you can require a deposit before confirmation. Thresholds and policies are yours to set.
Which payment methods are supported?
UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, payment links and cash. Card payments go through Razorpay or Cashfree; we never store card numbers.
Can I migrate from my current software or a notebook?
Yes. We import customers, services and staff from a spreadsheet or an export from your current tool, and set up your WhatsApp business number during onboarding. Basic onboarding takes under five minutes; a full migration usually a day.
Is my data safe?
Every record belongs to your organisation and is isolated at the database layer. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based, and every AI action is logged.
